Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) LiDAR technology has rapidly changed how large-scale infrastructure surveys are conducted across India. At Aqua Forge Robotics, we operate the DJI Matrix 300 RTK with Zenmuse L1 LiDAR sensor — capable of capturing survey-grade 3D point clouds over hundreds of kilometers in a fraction of the time compared to conventional methods. Our UAV survey workflow — from flight planning and GCP placement through autonomous data acquisition and final deliverable generation — produces outputs including orthomosaics, DEM/DSM/DTM models, contour plans, and AutoCAD drawings. These outputs are used directly by engineering teams for road alignment design, volume calculations, and land use planning. With India's infrastructure push under national highway and urban development programmes, UAV LiDAR is becoming an indispensable tool for accurate, cost-effective, and fast terrain mapping.

India's ports, harbours, coastal power plants, and offshore oil & gas facilities require regular underwater inspection — a challenge that traditionally meant costly and risky human diving operations. Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) are transforming this space. Aqua Forge Robotics deploys ROV and AUV platforms for underwater inspection of pipelines, jetty structures, intake/outfall structures, and marine infrastructure. Our ROVs provide real-time 4K video, sonar imaging, and GIS-tagged condition reports — enabling clients to make data-driven maintenance decisions without ever putting a diver at risk. Combined with multibeam sonar and side-scan sonar surveys, our subsea inspection packages provide a complete picture of underwater asset condition for oil & gas, port infrastructure, and environmental monitoring clients.

Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) are a critical requirement for industrial projects, mine closures, and infrastructure development near ecologically sensitive zones. At Aqua Forge Robotics, we conduct Phase I and Phase II ESAs integrated with real-time geospatial data collection. Our multidisciplinary team combines field sampling — soil, water, and sediment — with drone-based terrain mapping, GIS analysis, and remote sensing to produce comprehensive environmental reports. Our air quality monitoring capabilities extend to both indoor and outdoor environments across industrial and urban sites. By integrating GIS mapping and drone imagery into the ESA process, we provide clients with a spatially accurate picture of site conditions, contamination extents, and recommended remediation zones — all in a single integrated deliverable.
